1. What we collect
- Email address — when you join the waitlist, buy a product, or contact support
- Payment information — handled entirely by Gumroad; we never see your card details
- Renderings you create — you own them; we don't store them
2. What we use it for
- Delivering RHYTHMIX Studio to you
- Sending occasional product updates (always with an unsubscribe link)
- Customer support
3. Third parties we share with
- Gumroad — processes your payment and manages your customer account
- Formsubmit — relays form submissions from the website to our inbox
- Replicate — only used by you with your own API key; we never see your renders
4. Cookies and tracking
This site does not use tracking cookies or ad networks. We don't run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party tracker.
4a. RHYTHMIX Frequency · camera and local storage
If you use the Coherence Engine on /frequency.html, your browser will ask permission to access your device camera. We use the camera only on your device to read pulse from light passing through your fingertip. The video stream is processed locally in your browser and is never uploaded, recorded, or transmitted. Stop the engine and the camera stops.
RHYTHMIX Frequency also stores your practice data — session counts, mood entries, journal text, saved mirrors, coherence readings — in your browser's localStorage on your device only. It never leaves your device. Clear it any time with the Reset Data button on the page, or via your browser settings. When account login launches in a future release, you'll be given the option to migrate this data to a server-side account.
5. Your rights
- Access — ask what we have on you
- Delete — ask us to remove everything
- Correct — ask us to update inaccurate data

6. Data retention
We keep your email until you ask us to delete it, or until you've been inactive for 5 years.
7. Children
RHYTHMIX is not directed at children under 13.
8. Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll email you.

This privacy policy is governed by Australian law.
