Terms of Service

1. What you're buying

A perpetual licence to use RHYTHMIX Studio for personal and commercial purposes. "Lifetime" means as long as the service exists; we'll give 6 months notice if we ever discontinue.

2. Ownership of your renders

Anything you create with RHYTHMIX Studio is yours, 100%. Use it personally, commercially, sell it, give it away — your choice. You retain all rights.

3. Refund policy

30-day money-back guarantee. Reply to your receipt and you'll get a full refund within 24 hours, no questions, no friction. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion. See refund policy for details.

4. Acceptable use

You may use RHYTHMIX Studio to:

• Create music videos for your own songs
• Use renders for commercial release, ads, or social media
• License your renders to anyone, on any terms

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the RHYTHMIX engine itself
• Use it to create harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the service

5. Service changes

We may add features, change pricing for new buyers, or modify how the service works. Lifetime buyers keep their lifetime price forever.

6. Third-party services

RHYTHMIX Studio uses Replicate for AI generation. You'll need your own Replicate account for generation costs (transparent pass-through, we don't mark these up).

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You can stop using RHYTHMIX anytime. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms; in that case, refunds are at our discretion (we're reasonable).

9. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Australian law. Disputes go to the courts of Western Australia.
